The primary goal of the 3-year training program is to enable fellows to attain subspecialty certification and prepare for an academic career in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Fellows spend 18 months doing research and 18 months on the clinical services. The first 12 months of the research rotation is entirely devoted to research.
