Residency Program

Research Projects
With our faculty’s historical and current leadership in advancing medical science in women’s reproductive health, the research project is an essential and required component of this residency program. Each resident undertakes a research project for presentation in the third year at our annual Research Day Program.

  • Our faculty and staff enthusiastically assist residents in accomplishing a research goal. From start to finish our faculty offers advice, review and hands-on support through the Division of Clinical and Epidemiologic Research, so that each resident completes one publishable-quality research project prior to graduation.
  • Residents have the opportunity to submit their projects to national meetings and participate in national presentations, if the project is accepted.
  • A Research Award is given annually. Expert judges in the field evaluate the projects during the presentation time on Research Day.
