After completing residency training at Duke, Dr. Gray joined the Duke faculty and works with both the Duke Women's Health Associates group and is currently the Director of the Ryan Family Planning Clinic. She is active in medical student and resident education.  In the fall of 2016 she became the Residency Program Director.
