Dana McKee, MD

Start Year:

Why did you choose Duke for residency training?

Duke OB/GYN offers the perfect combination of what I looked for in a residency program - an academic and professional culture, opportunities for fellowship exploration and research, and a friendly and welcoming environment. Durham is also a great place to live with lots to explore in the surrounding area!

What are your career interests?

Through my experience teaching high school students with Teach For America, I developed an interest in adolescent health and plan to incorporate pediatric and adolescent gynecology care into my future practice. Additionally, I am interested in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

What are your hobbies?

I enjoy running, hiking, traveling, skiing, scuba diving, and any outdoor activity. Most recently, I enjoy exploring Durham and getting together with my co-residents!
