Craig Named Director of COBS/PAS Program

Maternal-fetal medicine specialist Amanda Craig, MD, has been named director of the Duke Complex Obstetric Surgery/Placenta Accreta Spectrum Program, effective Jan. 22. Since joining our faculty in 2023 after completing her fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at Duke, Dr. Craig has become a leader on the COBS/PAS team. She directs the Obstetrical Simulation Program and is also an active member of the Pan-American Society for the Placenta Accreta Spectrum (PAS2), contributing research and assisting with simulation sessions.

Dr. Craig is the newly appointed director of the PAS2 Patients and Families Committee and has mentored residents and fellows on research projects resulting in poster and oral presentations.
