Duke Ob/Gyn will welcome reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist Sarah Moustafa, MD, in August 2024.
Dr. Moustafa earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her medical degree from Duke University. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Yale-New Haven Hospital in Connecticut and her fellowship in REI at UNC-Chapel Hill. She is an attending physician in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center.
Dr. Moustafa is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and board-eligible in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She currently serves a director of oncofertility at CCRM Fertility/IRMS Reproductive Medicine, with an expertise in fertility preservation. She is devoted to helping newly diagnosed cancer patients navigate oocyte and embryo cryopreservation prior to cancer treatment.
