Alicia became a certified nurse midwife driven by a profound desire to support and empower women during one of the most transformative moments of their lives. Witnessing the strength and resilience displayed by both mothers and babies in both high-risk and low-risk pregnancies has deepened her appreciation for the beauty of life’s complexities. Working with learners has been a source of joy and collaboration. The exchange of knowledge and the shared commitment to excellent patient care creates a dynamic and enriching environment. Alicia states that she is privileged to support and contribute to the well-being of families which fuels her passion for this meaningful profession.
