Why did you choose Duke for your fellowship training?
Duke MFM had everything I was looking for! A program with a strong sense of camaraderie, with robust clinical training and operative obstetrical volume, and with a valuable track record of meaningful research involvement/development. The excitement and motivation for high quality patient care and clinical research/innovation that exists within the division really came through during interview day and gave me that final push to choose Duke MFM as my new home!
What excites you about the fellowship program at Duke Obstetrics & Gynecology?
Getting to work with colleagues who are equally passionate and excited by providing the most excellent patient care in Maternal Fetal Medicine. Growing my obstetric surgical and clinical care skills. Continuing to expand my research capabilities. Doing all of it in a warm and collegial environment!
What are your career goals?
A work in academic medicine with a focus on clinical obstetrics, and opportunities to get involved with medical education, and quality improvement.
What are your hobbies?
Travel, recreational volleyball, singing
