Maternal-Fetal Medicine

Program:

Maternal-Fetal Medicine

Start Year:

2026

Why did you choose Duke for your fellowship training?

I ultimately chose to stay at Duke for fellowship because it offered everything I was looking for in a fellowship. During residency I experienced an incredibly supportive culture with mentors who challenged me while genuinely investing in my growth. Clinically, I knew I would receive outstanding training while caring for high-acuity patients. In addition, having built a strong professional and personal community here, it felt like the best place to continue developing into the kind of MFM physician I hope to become.

What excites you about the fellowship program at Duke Obstetrics & Gynecology?

I'm most excited to continue learning from incredible mentors, care for patients with complex pregnancies, and become part of such a supportive and collaborative MFM team. It also feels really special to continue my training at a place that has already felt like home throughout residency!

What are your career goals?

My goal is to become an academic maternal-fetal medicine physician who provides compassionate, evidence-based care while contributing to research, education, and mentorship

What are your hobbies?

Music! I am classically trained in violin and piano. I also love traveling, trying new restaurants, reading, and spending time with friends and family!

Research Interests

Some of my research interests include placenta accreta spectrum, cardio-obstetrics, and medical education. I'm excited to pursue research that helps answer clinically relevant questions and improves the care we provide to patients with high-risk pregnancies.
