Duke Ob/Gyn Supports Evacuated Residents of McDougald Terrace

Hundreds of McDougald Terrace residents in Durham have been evacuated amid reports of unsafe living conditions, including the threat of carbon monoxide poisoning. Please assist however you are able to in order to help those in need as they are living in temporary accommodations. 

Your help is appreciated:

Make a donation to the Diaper Bank of North Carolina, which is critically low on supplies. Monetary donations allow the Diaper Bank to purchase diapers at 1/3 the cost of retail prices. 

Donate these most-needed items to the Diaper Bank, which will ensure they are delivered

  • Diapers (especially sizes 2 and 4 and 4T & 5T pull-ups)
  • Feminine hygiene products
  • Adult incontinence supplies
  • Toothbrushes and toothpaste
  • Hand sanitizer, wet wipes
  • Laundry detergent
  • Infant formula
  • Razors
  • Deodorant
  • Tissues
