Duke Study Sheds Light on Smoking Ban's Effect on Pregnant Women

Research by Duke Ob/Gyn's Susan Murphy, PhD, and colleagues from Duke Health has found pregnant women experienced less secondhand smoke exposure since the 2009 passage of the ‘smoking ban’ in North Carolina, which outlawed smoking inside public places such as bars and restaurants.
