The American Board of Genetic Counseling is pleased to announce the results of the 2017 Board of Directors election. Kristin Paulyson Nuñez, MS, CGC, was elected to the Board of Directors with a 24.2% response rate. She will begin a four-year term on January 1, 2018.
Kristin is currently a Senior Genetic Counselor, Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine, Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Duke University Health System in Durham, North Carolina. She is also an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro Genetic Counseling Program. Kristin has been an ABGC Diplomate since 2005. She received her Masters of Science at the Human Genetics Program at Sarah Lawrence College.
