Resident Vivienne Meljen, MD, has been chosen as one of the recipients of the 2018 Palliative Care Advocacy Award. This award is a way for members of the Duke Palliative Care team to recognize colleagues whose daily work exemplifies the principles and values of palliative care. All of this year’s winners were announced during Medicine Grand Rounds on September 28th and will be presented with recognition plaques and a small gift in the coming weeks.
