Why did you choose Duke for your residency training?

Simply put, it has always felt like home. As a medical student, I was fortunate to learn from incredible mentors and build lasting connections across Duke and Durham. I knew I wanted to continue my training in a program that prioritizes kindness, community, and excellence, while offering endless opportunities in medical education, research, and diverse clinical and surgical experiences.

What excites you about the residency program at Duke Ob/Gyn?

I’m excited to join a community that fosters growth at every level, and especially to see how the next four years will shape me both personally and professionally!

What are your career goals?

I currently love all aspects of OB/GYN! Ultimately, I hope to integrate advocacy, community engagement, research, and medical education in ways that meaningfully advance patient care and the field.

Describe your research interests/goals:

My research interests focus on perinatal mental health, as well as policy and advocacy efforts that support maternal and community well-being. I hope to improve access to care and develop evidence-based interventions that meaningfully impact patients, communities, and health systems.

What are your hobbies?

Being outside/in the sun, photography, volleyball, tennis, and exploring restaurants/coffee shops with friends!
