Why did you choose Duke for your fellowship training?
Duke has everything I want in a fellowship program: excellent clinical training, extensive research opportunities and a supportive environment within the department. As cliché as it sounds, though, it was ultimately the people that brought me here. It was clear that the faculty and fellows genuinely got along and that the department had a culture in which I would thrive.
What excites you about the fellowship program at Duke Obstetrics & Gynecology?
I'm excited to take advantage of all that Duke has to offer! With seemingly endless opportunities, I can't wait to explore different avenues within REI and discover the type of career I want when I graduate.
What are your career goals?
I want to establish a strong clinical practice that blends with my research interests. Building relationships with my patients is what drives my commitment to medicine and working to address the unanswered questions that affect them is what fuels my passion for learning. I hope to find a career that puts me at the intersection of these two important aspects of REI.
What are your hobbies?
Traveling, hiking, anything outdoors, but also sitting on the couch and binge-watching movies/TV shows!

Research Interests
I am still discovering my research niche! I'm interested in exploring topics related to ovarian aging (both physiologic and pathological) and ways to integrate translational research that ranges from the bench to the bedside.
