Donald T. Moore, MD, Endowed Lecture
The goal of the lectureship is to bring to Duke and Durham nationally recognized experts on such topics as health care disparities, societal issues related to access to care, and the economics and politics of health care. It honors the legacy of the esteemed physician, educator and community leader. The lecture will be delivered to an in-person audience in the Duke South Amphitheater as well as virtually via Zoom. The featured speaker is Ebony Boyce Carter, MD, MPH, presenting on "EleVATing Reproductive Health Equity." Panelists include Ruth Gilliam-Phillips, DPS, MS, Executive Director of Community Health Coalition; Maya Jackson, CD, Founder and Executive Director of MAAME, Inc.; and Maria Small, MD, MPH, Associate Professor and Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist at Duke Ob/Gyn.
