Residency Program - PGY3

Residency Program

Start Year:

2021

Why did you choose Duke for your residency training?

As a medical student at Duke, I was impressed by Duke Ob/Gyn's strong mentorship, collaborative environment and commitment to patient care and advocacy in the broader Durham and NC community. Also, as an NC native who attended high school in Durham, I was especially excited about serving an area I consider home.

What excites you about the residency program at Duke OB/GYN?

I am most excited about working alongside and learning from the incredible co-residents, faculty and other interprofessional providers.

What are your career goals?

I am currently interested in pursuing fellowship training but also keeping an open mind as I explore the diverse career paths in ob/gyn. Broadly, my areas of interest include global health, advocacy and quality improvement.

What are your hobbies?

Playing music and seeing live shows, exploring new restaurants, playing tennis, traveling and spending quality time with my friends, family and our pet goats (Lucky and Coco).
