The Murphy Lab is interested in the study of ovarian cancer etiology and biology, ovarian cancer stem cells, the establishment and maintenance of DNA methylation in humans and how epigenetic deregulation is associated with neurodevelopment and disease.
The Reproductive Biology and Perinatal Laboratory (RBPL) is composed of basic science researchers from the Divisions of Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility, Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Reproductive Biology.
Duke Perinatal Research Center
The Duke Perinatal Research Center is composed of a ten member team consisting of clinical research coordinators, nurses and research specialists. The team conducts obstetrics-focused research studies spanning from retrospective reviews to complex randomized control trials.
