The Duke Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery Fellowship Applications are accepted and transmitted to us through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Applications are due January 20, 2026. Applicants will be notified of either an invitation to interview or waitlist on February 9, 2026. We practice a rolling invitation-to-interview process and ask that applicants accept or decline to allow for maximizing opportunities for applicants in the application pool.
All documents that ERAS allows and apply to an individual must be uploaded in order for an application to be considered complete.
Three (3) letters of recommendation are required:
- A letter from someone who can speak to your interest in Urogynecology
- Using the Urogynecology SLOE
- A letter from Residency Program Director or OBGYN chair
- Using the Residency Program Director SLOE
- One additional letter of your choice (traditional LOR format)
CREOG scores must be emailed to cescille.gesher@duke.edu prior to the application due date.
Only those with complete applications are considered for interview. Interviews are held on April 29, 2026 and April 30, 2026 for an August 1 start date the following year. Information regarding registering for ERAS, applying to individual programs and application fees can be found on the ERAS website.
Questions about the interview process can be directed to Cescille Gesher, BS at cescille.gesher@duke.edu.
