The Duke Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship program participates in the electronic application submission process ERAS. Applications are due April 1, 2024. All applicants will be notified on April 26, 2024.
The ERAS application needs to include:
- Curriculum vitae
- Personal statement
- Photograph
- Medical school transcript
- USMLE scores
- CREOG scores (emailed to a.mooney@duke.edu)
- Three (3) required Letters of recommendation (LOR):
- 1. A letter from your residency program director or OBGYN chair
- 2. A letter from someone who can speak to your interest in gynecologic oncology
- Using the Standardized Gyn Onc SLOE form
- 3. One additional letter of your choice
- If you completed an away rotation at Sloan Kettering or MD Anderson, we would like a letter from this rotation
Only those with complete applications are considered for interview. Interviews are held in July/August for an August 1 start date the following year. Information regarding registering for ERAS, applying to individual programs , and application fees can be found on the ERAS website.
